About the room
I’m offering an unfinished room in a basement and am looking for a tenant who is respectable and independent. The house is a raised ranch style so the basement gets lots of sunshine through the windows. There is another room in the basement that is being rented out. The bathroom will be shared between the two of you. I work from home during the day and my office area is in the basement.
