Hi! I am subletting a room in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house for the summer from May 1st to August 31st. The address is 656 Rue O’Connor Street. The house is about a 30 minute walk to uOttawa and a 20 minute walk to Carleton. The room is fully furnished and rent is $850 all-inclusive (internet, hydro, etc). The house comes with a washer and dryer located in the basement. The house is also all guys attending either uOttawa or Carleton so male only please. About the roomies
Current roommates are clean, friendly, and very studious people. Although for the summer sublet, the roommates will change.
