Sublet May to August Only females please Looking for 1 person to sublet from May 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022. The apartment is a four bedroom with a living room, 1 bathroom, and nice windows. We live on the second floor of apartment. You will have 3 female roommates who are students. The room will be furnished (the picture of the room is an old picture, it’ll have different furniture) Located off South street on Wellington street. The house is a 10-minute walk from grocery stores, and shopper’s drug mart. It is a 15-minute walk from the waterfront, a 5-minute walk to SMU, a 7-minute bus to Dalhousie, and is close to downtown and Spring Garden.
Rent is $750 a month and power is usually around $35 every 2 months. Includes washer and dryer and Wi-Fi part of rent
