The space consists of two large rooms with loads of character, antique furniture and exotic arts and crafts. The space is bright, private, quiet, with hardwood floors, a high ceiling and chandeliers, and a huge amount of character.
The studio is located on the main floor of a heritage house in upper Kits by the Arbutus greenway. The space is very close to bus routes, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
The studio has a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher as well as bathroom shared with one other tenant. The washer and dryer are shared by other tenants in the house.
Looking for a single applicant (i.e. not multiple people) who is stable, responsible, respectful, clean and quiet.
The apartment is non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
