About the room

I am renting a one room accommodation in the Bayview area, located 10 minutes walking distance Leslie station and Seneca college. The room is brand new with no prior residence. (160 Square feet) A bed frame, wardrobe, and desk will be provided. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor. Price is $1000 per month.

About the roomies

The washroom will be shared between 1 other student, who is always neat, tidy and quiet. The kitchen is currently shared, but I am finishing up renovations in the basement for a kitchen to be installed, For more space for the inhabitants to cook in.
