Basement is unfinished and can be used for storage if you’d like. Walkout basement to get to backyard. Backyard facing ravine with a walking trail.
About the roomies
Daisy, my 10 month old Rottweiler, and I live alone here. Just moved into the area ourselves. Doing various upgrades to the property, which is where all the rent money will be going, for instance the new shower doors.
Daisy is a very friendly dog and is super loving.
I (30M) myself am quiet, and work from home. I’m up in the mornings. I like to keep the place clean and well maintained. I host occasionally friends and family but not often as they all live far. Just looking for a stable person to occupy the unused room.
