This bright beautiful room is located in the heart of the plateau/mile-end, 1 minute walk to parc Jeanne-Mance and the mountain. 2 min. walk to the best grocery store PA nature, and all the wonderful cafes, restos, and bars. This is an unfurnished room, with a balcony, in a clean, spacious apartment, everything included (hydro, wifi, electricity, washer/dryer) & new appliances.

Hi my name is Zoë (she/her) I am a friendly, open-minded artist, looking for a sweet and respectful roommate. I tend to spend a lot of time out of the apartment, and often sleep at my partner’s place, but I also love to spend time at home during the day working on projects, cooking, and stretching. I like to keep the space clean, I am very respectful of other’s belongings and personal space, and expect the same in return :) . I have some precious things (dishes, furniture) and hope to find someone who is careful and mindful while using them. I love a good conversation, but I also respect when people need alone time/ quiet time. I love to go out dancing, but I am not big on having parties in the apt. and do not want hard drugs in the space. I tidy up the apartment frequently, and would love to have a roommate who also values cleaning up after themselves. This apartment is loved and looked after. All that said, I’m actually very easy going, easy to talk to, and believe that clear boundaries can make for a harmonious shared living experience. :)
