The property is a 15 minute walk from Carleton U, with a bus stop across the street (to Carleton) and another right next to the property (to Lyon station). As well as a 15 minute walk to Lansdowne.
Heated in the winter. No AC in the summer.
WIFI and HYDRO are an extra ~$20 per month (each) on top of the $675 rent. You will also need renter’s insurance.

Two roommates are young professionals/students in our 20s. 420 friendly. Cat friendly (don’t currently have one, but would love to!).
We’re both pretty quiet and keep to ourselves most of the time, though love to do our makeup together and go dancing on the weekends! Love art, music, being goofy little guys, etc. etc.
