It’s a two bedroom above ground basement suite, I am renting out one private bedroom. Its in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking, cement slab back yard and a big grass front yard. In suit laundry, microwave, dishwasher, fridge included. Room has personal lock and the ability to come with a queen sized bed.

You will be living under a loving family with a teenage daughter and a cute dog named Arlo.

Your roommates; We are a LGBTQ couple who are mature, respectful and easy going individuals who both work full time and occasionally part time jobs. We have a 9 month old dog named Hazel, who is very sweet and is crate training.
