About the room
Looking for that last roommate! We’re in a 3-bedroom top floor unit of a quadriplex in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Includes new dishwasher, fridge, and washer/dryer, as well as a shared bathroom. Bedroom is approximately 100 square feet. Both a back and front deck are ours to exclusively enjoy, and lots of windows means even during these grey days plenty of light comes through the home. Also have access to a storage shed for tires, skis etc. Street parking is available and we’re right next to a park among many in the area.

About the roomies
Just friendly dudes who enjoy board/video games, movies, hiking. We’re both early birds on weekdays for work, but sometimes stay up late on weekends and host the odd party every few months. Our bedrooms are varying levels of clean, but we always make sure the shared space is nice and tidy. Peter is the outgoing one who’s into hockey and cars, John is the shyer one who likes building models.
