Looking for a roommate to occupy the Smaller Bedroom in the house, I will be staying in larger bedroom. The room is available on June 1st, indefinitely. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathrooms Apartment, fully furnished and modern rooms at an affordable price. This is quite a massive place at 1250 Sq. feet. You would get your own bedroom and bathroom. It’s a shared apartment, Not a townhouse or a single house. The condo is located in downtown at Bay and Charles W, 5 min walking distance from 3 TTC stations (Yonge-Bloor, bay, and Museum station). Everything you need is in this area - Restos, grocery stores, and anything other essentials you may need.
The price list: $1600 + utilities & wifi (usually $50-75/ month per person)
