The place is fully furnished and rent includes everything (water, radiant heating, security cameras, wifi and even netflix and cable). Other amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, a lovely garden with private patio. The landlords are absolutely amazing! It’s in North Van, Lower Lonsdale, in a great neighborhood. Also I hear the girl who lives there is pretty awesome 😎
