July 1 - Aug 20 there will be a room available at the Campus One residence in downtown Toronto.

It is a room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, with a kitchen (full fridge, living room, and mudroom).

The room is fully furnished (with a queen size bed, desk, chair, nightstand, 2 under bed storage spaces, and closet).

The residence is in the heart of downtown, closest to UofT and right in front of North, South, West, and East street car stops.

The rooms are all separated with a shared bathroom for each 2. If you rent this room you will be sharing with a girl who is really tidy and keeps her own space. There was never an issue between us, as long as you keep your space clean.

Our third and fourth roommates have another bathroom to themselves, and they both have busy schedules so we don’t see them often. The house is quiet and overall very calm.

The kitchen is fully furnished (pots and pans, plates, mugs, air fryer, kettle, rice cooker) so you will not need to purchase anything for that unless you would like to use your own.

Overall the accommodation is very student friendly, you meet a lot of people here (especially through the campus one hosted events which happen weekly).

I have kept the room very clean, and ready for the next occupant.
