Spacious (2700 sq ft) shared home on small private farm with a private bedroom and private ensuite bathroom coming available for rent. Located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbours. Shared area includes a large kitchen and dining area. Also, you get your own private pantry space, the fridge space is divided equally so you get your own shelves in there as well. Easy access to Highway #1, 5 minutes to Aldergrove main strip and 10 minute to Langley city. Not on a bus route. Enjoy the scenery and gardens without the upkeep! There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer and shared paved driveway.

2 others living in the home. Myself, female in my early 30’s and a male in his 50’s. We are both quiet and clean and keep to ourselves mostly but are both friendly. Because the house is big and I spend most of my time outside it never feels crowded. Sometimes we go days without even crossing paths. Looking for someone similar who works full time and who is tidy, respectful and reliably pays their rent. There are pets in the home so you must be ok with animals. The bonus is I am diligent with cleaning because of the pets so as long as you cleanup after yourself in the kitchen I never ask for any pitching in on house work! 420 outside is ok, smoking outside is ok. Absolutely no smoking in the house! And no heavy drinkers or party people please. We keep a peaceful, mature home environment.
