Student/Young working professional for short term rental 6 months/length maybe negotiable.

Our location is very Central. I have a beautiful, cozy, warm and very clean condo - you will have access to the spare bathroom that is mainly used when guests are over. Your room is clean, and cozy and you will love it. The building is secure - we have a building manager on site during the day and security on site in the evening/night. The building has an amenities room, as well as a gym. You may also access the rooftop for entertaining. We are very close and are walking distance (5-10 min walk) to the sky train station/bus loop, to the many amenities including Walmart, and a mini shopping mall. We are walking distance to many restaurants and stores as well as KPU and SFU. New West and Burnaby are a 10-15 min drive and PoCo is about the same maybe 20 mins.

IMPORTANT: NO SMOKING, DRINKING, NO DRUGS, NO CANNABIS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be rooming with me and my little 4 year old who attends school during the day throughout the week. I co-parent with my ex-husband, so my child is home with me 4 days out of the week. I work in Fertility Medicine and will sometimes be in clinic and also run my own business from home so I will be home during the day if needed. We are loving and kind and active/busy and love to laugh and watch movies and also we are out a lot. My child is well behaved and very loving and kind. Your space will be respected and you will not be disturbed. We may have my mom/grandma over to cook filipino food so you may see her once in a while too. We are very family oriented and we hope to share our home with someone kind, and caring, clean and in positive spirits.
