I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a new lease with me. There is other female roommate aside from me. It is a three bedroom-two bathroom condo/town house with patio. It is located steps away from Loblaws, Bayview Village Mall, Tennis Courts, Bayview Subway Station, buses and 401. Amenities include a gym and pool; along with a private patio facing lots of greenery. I am quiet, easy going, friendly, and respectful. The space tends to be quiet because I am busy with work and school. I keep the unit clean and hope to live with someone who prefers it that way too. I am open to having guests over as long as they are respectful of the place, noise levels, and I know ahead of time. Move in date: MAY 1st 2023.

I love art, photography, interior design, cooking and outdoors activities like hiking etc. My home decor style is contemporary and cozy inspired. I have a small dog; he is a brown poodle terrier mix, friendly and sweet.
