The apartment has lots of natural light, character, plants, and a cuddly kitty Cleo. The shared spaces are fully furnished include the share washroom, living room, and kitchen. The apartment is conveniently located in west downtown on the edge of little Italy, Kensington Market, and the Annex, walking distance to public transportation, laundromat, grocery stores, restaurants. Residential street parking is available through the city of Toronto ~$50/month.

I am a healthcare professional in my mid-twenties I have a hybrid work model and work from home 2-3 days per week. I am very neat and like the common spaces to be free of clutter. I have a boyfriend who stays over a few times a week. I love nature, food, yoga, traveling, karaoke and dancing. Happy to hangout sometimes or be friendly neighbours.
