The apartment is conveniently located in west downtown on the edge of little Italy, Kensington Market, and the Annex, walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants. Great location for proximity to the hospitals and UofT Campus. Residential street parking is available through the city of Toronto ~$50/month.

I am a healthcare professional in my late twenties I have a hybrid work model and work from home 2-3 days per week. I am very neat and like the common spaces to be free of clutter. I love nature, food, yoga, traveling, karaoke and dancing. Happy to hangout sometimes or be friendly neighbours.
