Welcome to our freshly renovated 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in the quiet, gorgeous neighbourhood of Fort Garry. About a 10 minute bus ride from the U of M.

1 bedroom that comes with 1 office space available for a 2 person home. There is currently 1 person living here.

No couples please.

I am looking for 1 roommate who values a clean living space and is comfortable living with cats.

The room we currently have available is spacious enough that it can fit a queen size bed comfortably with a desk, and has a large closet. The room has California windows which are wonderful for letting fresh air in during hot summer days. See attached photos for reference. (The room with the dog, there’s no dog here anymore) The room comes with a small office space within the house.

The room will be available November 1st or ASAP!

The house is a one-story with no basement, and there is an attic which renters can use for storing any of their belongings.

The front and back yards are both large, and a gazebo with full electrical can be found in the latter.

Parking is no issue as there is a spacious garage as well as a parking pad in the back and free street parking in the front.

The house is student friendly and lgbtq+ friendly.

Rent doesn’t include utilities or wifi but they come out to be $50 a month after a split.

I’m a 22 year old female who works full time as a community program leader in Manitoba. I teach indigenous sports in schools and might be away for a week at a time with work. I’m a huge cat lover who enjoys doing crafts in my free time and reorganizing my home. I also have 2 fur babies named Kayak and Kenny who are 2 loveable and affectionate cats. I can be quite social on the weekends with my friends and family but really value my quiet time during the week. I don’t mind a loud house as I grew up in one but will respect your quiet time when you need it.
