The house, including the room, is completely furnished, has 6 appliances and all utilities are included! That’s right down to cleaning products, laundry soap, internet, heat etc - all your living costs covered except food.

This is a single detached house - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths - you would share a bathroom with 2 roommates and the kitchen and living room with everyone, but we all have different schedules and it works out well.

Great location near NSCC Akerley (10-12 min walk) and most roommates have started off as NSCC students! The room (and another in the house) are available as someone is graduating and the other person is studying next year abroad.

The house is 2 mins from #10 bus route, 10-12 min walk from groceries, pharmacy, fast food, doctor, whatever you want. There is a large deck in the backyard with bbq and it’s great all summer. A ducted heat pump keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer

The room is available June 1st. If you are interested, please let us know you read the ad and considered it carefully by telling us a little bit about yourself (your income, what you do for fun, why you are looking for a place.). We want the right roomie, not the first to respond!

We are quiet and keep to ourselves, but friendly. Currently, we are 1 female (late 30s) and 1 male (early 20s) and 1 female (early 20s). We all share cleaning and shovelling duties for the house, but other maintenance like lawn mowing, repairs, etc are taken care of.

One roommate is very scent sensitive so no perfumes, colognes, or smoking.
