Rue Saint-Urbain

We are located in a lovely ground-floor suite, right inside the beating heart of the Plateau. In the warm months, the neighborhood is alive and bustling with people, parks are full of sports games and picnics, and birdsong is always within earshot. In the wintertime, there is access to winter activities, such as cross-country skiing, and ice skating.

Within easy walking distance, there are:

• Jeanne-Mance Park
• Mont Royal itself! (next to Jeanne-Mance Park)
• Mont-Royal Metro Station
• Multiple gyms

As you can see from the pictures, the suite isn’t enormous, but we’ve found it to be plenty of room for three people to cohabitate comfortably. You would be occupying the bedroom next to the living room space, which overlooks our backyard area and is spared from nighttime traffic noise. The shared spaces in the apartment are furnished, but the bedroom you’ll be moving into is not furnished.

Utilities and Internet costs aren’t included in the rent price, we share them in a three-way split. We’ve opted for fast internet speeds. The wifi modem will be right next to your bedroom door, so your connection should be fast & reliable.

We’re a young anglophone couple from British Columbia. Kristen (26) is a university student and Chase (29) works in the local gaming industry. We’re both geeks and we spend a lot of our spare time immersed in interests such as Video Games, Anime/Manga, Board Games, Audiobooks, and painting miniatures. We often work from home, and are generally awake during daylight hours. While we like to keep a clean apartment, we are pretty laid back and easygoing. We are both interested in learning French, but currently, we aren’t at a conversational level.
