I am looking for a long term female sublet for 1 of the other rooms in the apartment . Ideally from Dec 1st to for a decent length of time . It’s a 2 bedroom and you would take 1 of the rooms . You can leave anytime as long as you give at least a 2 month notice .
The sublease is month to month Rent + utilities (hydro, wifi , water ): $800
Unit : 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment
You will be living with only 1 others girl. There is 1 shared bathroom that is kept clean
Some Kitchen items provided . Facilities : gym , laundry , balcony etc Location : near Walmart , staples , winners , metro , Canada post , shoppers drug mart and other restaurants
Person I am looking for : You need to be someone who is clean that can respect the space + the other person living in the space . No pets or smoking !
