Hi property is in Ranch park area:

It’s a nice house. I am the owner. I will live there as well part time.

Very large room with private bathroom and seperate entrance.

There’s already a mattress in there with bedding desk.

Shared kitchen on main floor.

Religious conservative values are the vibe of the roommates and house.

If you smoke weed everyday or drink often it’s probably not going work.

Street parking available.

Applicant’s:

Job letter and bank statements will be needed with credit check. As well as references. Not looking for someone who works from home.

6 months trial period open to more if renter is cool and causes no problems.

Also not in a hurry to rent so really looking for the right vibe.

Please check if you take public transportation if this is too far for your work

Dog maybe acceptable but gotta see the temperament.

2 working men , both travel alot, into fitness and generally very clean. No dishes in the sink after dark , kitchen closes at night aince there is a family and kids who live in the basement who gave work in the Mornings
