Bright furnished single room in the ground floor of a 3 storey townhouse available for rent from August 1, 2023 for a minimum contract period of 3 months which is further extendable. We are looking to continue to rent the room out to a non smoking female. As the house is centrally located, it’s short 5 minute walking distance to groceries like No Frills and food basics, doctors office, restaurants and more. Bus stop in front of the house.

• No pets
• No guests
• First and last month rent collected when signing up for the room.

Kitchen and washrooms are shared with the homeowner family of 4 (3 female and 1 male). Paying guest options at a reasonable rate is also available.
