Hello!

Looking to rent our basement out. You get a private separate basement with own bathroom and shower, infrared sauna and access to firepit and backyard.

The kitchen is shared, utilities included.

1200 square feet of living space so tons of room.

Upstairs there will be a couple who both work emergency services. We have two dogs, very friendly and very clean. We love the outdoors and very easy to get along with.
