The wallpaper in the bedroom is being removed and the room is being repainted. Replacing the red carpet is also an option This house is old, has a lot of character and the bedroom is massive! There’s enough room for a king sized bedroom set and you will still have ample room. Along with the room, a renter will get their own bathroom as well as a side room that could be used as a makeup room , artist corner, whatever your mind can think of! All other areas would be shared/common. All utilities are included(electricity, gas, internet and water) in the price. There is a beautiful pergola that is an oasis in the summertime! (BBQ anyone?) as well as a huge yard to lounge in or if you are feeling fun you can sit in the gazeebo and read a book while enjoying the beautiful Okanagan sunshine! The house is close to downtown and a walk to the water is less than 20 min and in the middle of major bus routes.

I’m 41 years old and work full time in the mental health field. I am the primary parent of a five year old who is very chill and respectful. We live a pretty quiet and mellow life. Along with us is our dog Ziggy who is an old man at this point (10 yrs old) and cats Rascal and Nebula. I don’t drink or party but I am 420 friendly.
