This is a 2 bed- 1 bath apartment in the heart of Osborne Village. All utilities are included in the rent except for hydro which can come between $30-$40 depending on the usage. The apartment is on the basement, the laundry room is beside the unit. There’s a small gym.

Hi, I’m a MSc. student at the U of M. I’m very organized and clean so the person that’s willing to share common spaces has to be the same. I prefer to share my space with someone that is a non-smoker, has no pets, no children, and pays rent on time. I’m a respectful person so I’m asking for the same thing.
