Looking for a Female Roommate – Available from June 1st!

I’m looking for a special someone to join my cozy abode. I’m seeking a clean, responsible, friendly, and working female (single occupant) to fill my furnished 2nd bedroom with a private bathroom. In addition to your personal space, you’ll have access to all common areas, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry facilities, patio, and den.

Location:
Conveniently located within walking distance to TTC streetcar and buses (301, 501, 77, 80), the closest subway stations; Runnymede or Keele are just 15 minutes away. You’ll also find yourself within walking distance to Sunnyside Beach and High Park, a short 5-minute drive to Humber Bay, or a 10-minute drive to Costco.

Price: The monthly rent is $1550, which includes all utilities.

Lease Term: A minimum 6-month lease is required.

Required Documents: To secure the room I’ll need a letter of employment, a credit check, and the first and last month’s rent deposit (security deposit included).

9-foot ceilings, Pre-finished laminate flooring, Large mirrored closet, 1 Queen-size bed, 1 study/vanity table & chair

Building Features: Yoga studio, Fitness room, Pool, & Sauna, 24/7 security and Concierge service.

I’m a young professional in my 20s and sharing this space with me is Leo, my dog and constant companion. I have a hybrid work schedule, I work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. During my free time, I enjoy losing myself in a good book, diving into video games, and occasionally experimenting with new recipes. Open communication is essential to me. If I plan to have friends or family over, I’ll be sure to give you a heads-up, and I’d appreciate the same courtesy.

While I respect personal space, I also look forward to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where we can share some great moments and perhaps even become good friends along the way.
