Home Share and ONE room available for rent! must see

Seeking 1 female roommate with one other female roommate! No discrimination to anyone, whoever is interested, send me a message! All people of every background , no age, or any discrimination here :) although, I would prefer a female, just because I’m also a female who lives here with two golden retrievers who are my kids!

1. EMPTY UNFURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT with a closet.
2. Your room will have a small fridge inside of it, you can put any excess items into the kitchen fridge which is my personal fridge I can clear off a shelf :)
3. 1 private hallway closet is available for you to use.
4. You will have some private kitchen cubbard space for your dry goods, dishes and mugs.
5. No other storage. Not set up for someone with a ton of items. Some storage is here but limited. * must see *
6. Shared bathroom and shower with 1 female.
7. Shared kitchen with sink/ stove / cubbards with 1 female.
8. Shared dining room living room area. You’re welcome to hang on the couch in the living room and watch a show on your laptop or I pad :)
9. Shared covered front porch chairs and table for you to enjoy.
10. Shared fenced backyard area with some chairs or a small bbq for you to enjoy.
11. Would like to find someone who doesn’t mind and likes golden retrievers. They are my dogs. My kids. I love them more than anything. Dog lover roommates get bonus points. Just looking for anyone responsible. ABOUT THE PLACE:
12. located by eastgate square in Hamilton and close to Barton, centennial, Nash, queenston buses, grocery stores, gas station, Tim hortons, so many food options and shopping.
13. Street parking only no driveway use.
14. ALL INCLUSIVE RENT each month, and no extra bills , which will include rent, heat, central air, water, electric, internet wifi, and also potentially cable/Netflix/prime if we have it at that time and you want to use it.
15. If you want to install an ac unit in your bedroom window this summer ( if the central air isn’t cold enough in your bedroom ) add $20 extra per month from June to September.
16. No lease. Short term occupancy only.
17. No long term renting ( over one year). Reason is because I’m moving possibly spring 2024!
