This place is suitable for a responsible quiet person looking for a safe , clean, and quiet house with 2 working professionals.
Since it is close to Mohawk, it would also be good for a student who is looking for a place to study and have the highest speed internet connection.

You can enjoy a quiet semi private backyard !!! I will have an area set up at the far back of the property by the back shed with a table , a fire pit, a small bbq , some chairs , where you can relax, smoke weed, read a book or cook food. The backyard is mine but the basement tenants door is located in my yard and they use the side gate.
Myself and my dogs have usage of the entire yard and will share it with you , if you would like to use it!
Feel free to buy your own BBQ if you wish and put it back there or buy a lounge chair !
Might set up the attached garage as an additional lounge area with some astroturf, some old sofas or a tv ( TBD ).
Limited storage inside house. Would consider adding additional storage outdoors in a seperate building possibly if the items are neatly stacked into plastic totes only if you needed it.
What to Bring : Buy all of your own toiletries, buy all your own plates , cutlery and pots pans etc , hand soap for bathroom and your own dish soap, laundry soap shampoo and paper towels! Lots of kitchen storage on cubbards for shared and private spaces !! Buy all of your own food drinks etc.
(WILL DO BY MONTHLY COSTCO RUNS TO SAVE $ IF WE SPLIT ON LARGER ITEMS)
What I buy: I buy all the toilet paper, all the cleaning supplies,products and cleaners located under the bathroom and kitchen sinks , they are for you to use regularly when we take turns cleaning the house as equal roommates residing in a clean home together.
Ideal roommate is ANYONE who is looking for a chill easygoing independent rental house living with one male in 20s and one female who’s 40. Someone who loves animals is a must as I have two golden retriever dogs.
Rent is $1000 ALL INCLUSIVE plus $20 for both wifi and tenant insurance which is $1020 ( the utility bills are all under my name, seeking someone responsible with water and electric usage).
The all inc rent Includes : heat, central air, portable floor air conditioner unit allowed in room no extra charge but do not leave running when you’re not home. House also has central air, hydro, waste water, laundry usage, 1 small vehicle parking spot, tight squeeze.

I’m 40! I work full-time, and I have two golden retriever dogs who are like my children. It’s important for me to find a roommate who likes dogs. It’s a bonus if you like golden retrievers! I do smoke weed I like video games and camping! Non smoker. I keep to myself. I’m usually spending time with my dogs, cooking food or watching YouTube videos! I am fairly independent and usually I’m in bed fairly early because I am tired and I’m up at 5 AM for work Monday to Friday.
The person I’m living with is 24? I think he’s 24. He’s employed ft. He’s a musician. Super quiet and clean. Rarely hear him. He’s up early days for work as well. He’s a non smoker, he smokes weed , and is an easygoing person. He keeps to himself and is usually working on his music !
