The room is on the main floor inside a very safe clean and private detached house and shared with 2 single clean , quiet, working adults.
Our ideal roommate is someone who is clean and quiet. Any age, any background, male or female no discrimination as king as you’re a good person. A non cigarette smoker but weed is ok. Vaping ok. No cigarette smoking on the property. And I’m looking for a roommate who loves dogs… I have two golden retrievers and a cat.
The private unfurnished bedroom is 9.6 x8.4 and 2 closets inside with a window. Don’t let the bedroom size deter you, come check it out , additional space is available!
Extra storage is available in the garage for your bike OR moving totes? ( I may toss an extra couch and tv in the workshop or garage for an additional hang out space )
Extra private storage is available on the front foyer hallway ( storage closet to store all your shoes jackets or anything else, if you buy your own storage unit. )
Shared eat in kitchen with a table and chairs which has private cubbard space and a drawer for you! Also enough space for a portable kitchen cubbard and shelving to store food!
PRIVATE MINI FRIDGE AND FREEZER FOR YOU! Shared large freezer. I may buy a large fridge for the garage which you’re also able to use.
Shared stacked washer and dryer inside the kitchen!
Shared backyard! The backyard contains a backyard shed and a backyard workshop! You can use the backyard to garden, or toss a chair out and relax ! ( I might look into getting a fire pit AND BBQ ). Enjoy summers by BBQing outside !
Shared hangout area in the house which is a 10x10 room directly off of the kitchen! It will be shared with 1 other person and empty as a lounge room or living room area OR it could be your private secondary room ( Bring a small sofa or desk and use it as your study room or hang out and wait while you do your laundry! ).
Parking: may be tight in the driveway, we can discuss .
