The 4-bedroom apartment is located right in front of bus stop 10, which takes you straight to Carleton from Bronson Ave. The lease will be a sublet of the individual room, including the use of common spaces. It is naturally well-lit, with updated flooring in the bedrooms, AC throughout, and all utilities included. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room will be shared spaces and everyone is expected to keep it tidy after use! The bedrooms are unfurnished, however, the rest of the apartment is completely furnished. If you have specific things you want to put in the kitchen, that’s no issue at all, but basic things are provided.

There is also a small backyard that tenants can use. If needed, there is a driveway for the building with parking available at $50/month. However, public transport is very accessible from this location.

My name is Sarah and I just graduated from Carleton! I really love socializing with people, doing crafts, thrifting, and I’ll be bringing my cat to this place. My friend Megan and I moved in together last year and couldn’t get along any better. We hope to find people who fit into our groove! Megan is entering her third year at Carleton! She sometimes has her family dog, Aspen, over at our place! We’re looking to keep it to just our animals, as we aren’t too sure how they might react to new pets.

Our routines vary, but we generally keep pretty quiet at home! If needed, we can make a schedule for kitchen or bathroom use, but we have done generally well without one up-to-date!

Hoping to find two people who want to move in for June 1st with us!! Also, there is no deposit required! However, first and last month rent will be required.
