Farwell Bay

Comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood with front and back yard. Driveway and space to park on street. Small patio on back of house. Garage in back used for storage. We have a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. You would have large basement room with private bathroom just outside the room. There is a good size living area beside the bedroom that would be private as well. We would share laundry in the basement. We use some of the basement for storage as well. Public transit is a two minute walk. Grocery store close - fifteen minute walk. Seven minute drive from University of Manitoba.

We are a lesbian couple that Coach and play sports. We are very active. We both have full-time jobs. Mostly just home in the evenings and away on the occasional weekends. Looking for a chill roommate that cleans up after themself. MUST be LGBTQ friendly.
