Rural location - need access to a vehicle.

Roomie would have 2 south-east facing rooms, right beside each other on second floor. Lots of natural sunlight, warm in warmer months. Both rooms have decent closet space! I can provide some furnishings if required. Shared: (1) full bath upstairs, (1) 1/2 bath downstairs, kitchen (own space in fridge), freezer, laundry room (4 days out of week), living room, 1 parking space available (could fit 2 if needed). 1 friendly doggo welcomed!

All utilities (internet, hydro, fortis) and Netflix, prime, crave provided.
