Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate — perfect for a student or young professional. Available for one person only.
We’re located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood in Alderwood (South Etobicoke), near Brown’s Line and Horner, and close to Sherway Gardens. Humber College (Etobicoke campus) is just a 10-minute bus ride away.
The house is a clean, two-storey home with a shared bathroom. The available bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, under-bed drawers, a closet, and fresh linens. Please note: there’s no dresser, but there’s storage under the bed.
Shared kitchen – we’re looking for someone who doesn’t cook often. There’s a dishwasher, and we ask that both the kitchen and bathroom be kept tidy.

We’re a small family with a young child, so you must be comfortable around kids. No smoking or pets, please.
Our typical day starts around 7:30–8:00 AM, and quiet time begins around 7:30– 8 PM. We sometimes play soft music, but overall, we’re a pretty quiet household.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and keeps their social life outside the home. This space is best suited for a non-smoker (no vaping or similar, either).
