We live in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood in Alderwood, South Etobicoke. Five minute drive (20min bus) from Humber College Etobicoke. The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 shared bath, 2-storey.

The bedroom has a queen bed, under bed drawers, closet, and linens provided.

SHARED KITCHEN BUT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T COOK MUCH. There’s a dishwasher and we’d like the kitchen and bathroom to be kept clean.

Large deck and backyard. Very clean house, no pets and no smoking. Looking for ONE person to rent a bedroom. High speed WiFi. Free street parking available. Across the street from bus stop for 110A line.

We’re a small family with a toddler so must be child-friendly. No smoking, no pets.

Typically, we’re up around 7:30/8am and quiet time starts around 7:00/7:30pm. We play soft music from time-to-time, but are generally quiet.

Looking for a clean, quiet person who socializes outside the house. Non-Smokers only (no vape, etc. either).
