Hey hey :) $700 room for rent on the Annex (Dupont Station) Unfurnished room available in a 3 bedrooms apartment located on Spadina Road (at 3 minutes away from Dupont Station) which is ready to be rented next month, June. The apartment is shared with 2 others young professionals. Only good vibes :) The rent is 700$ per month (with the wifi no included and costing approximately 26 $/month). The room is not furnished and the apartment includes one bathroom and the access of a laundry machine/dryer in the building as well as a backyard garden.
