Looking for a summer sublet from now until August 31st - preferably a student as roommate is a female UofT student. Room is unfurnished, utilities are included in the rent. ONLY ONE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR ONE OCCUPANT.

Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, quartz countertops, and shared laundry on site. - the apartment is extremely close to UofT (about a 5 minuted walk) and not far from Ryerson, OCAD, etc. Very close to Kensington Market, China Town, Baldwin Village. A City Market (Loblaws) is very close by as well as other food shops and restaurants / cafe bars.
About the roomies
Roommate is a fourth year UofT student. Very clean and organized - friendly personality. Will not be hosting loud parties at the property.
