Located a 10 minute walk from the Rideau center shopping mall and the O-train, but still out of the way enough to have more quiet than living right in the heart of the byward market.

Utilities are included in rent but not internet. We have a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The bedroom available is the medium sized bedroom which is located on the first floor.

Our third roomate is moving out because his family friend has a studio apt he can rent.

I am a friendly, social, 24 year old chef working at a hotel downtown. I like to befriend my roomates to make the living situation better/easier when we arent too busy. The other roomate is guy who is a 23 year part time student. We are both clean, Pretty quiet and respectful.
