The monthly rent is $500 + utilities that include water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. This room is part of a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house. The bus stop is conveniently located just two minutes away on foot, and a single bus ride directly to the university (47/60). Additionally, the Blue bus stop (Chevrier Station) is just an 8-minute walk away as well. The location is excellent, with several stores like 7/Eleven and Tim Hortons located nearby. FreshCo(10Mins Walk) is also nearby to do groceries.
About the roomies
All of us are students of University Of Manitoba. Very friendly and clean. Everyone respects each others privacy and wont be bothered with anything.
