Property is a main floor suite with a shared living room, kitchen, washroom, and private bedroom for maximum of two roommates. All utilities included. There is a shared space outside with a shed to store stuff in.

Quiet neighborhood, located in the south end of Harewood, about 5 minute drive to VIU or a 20 minute bike ride. There are close by bus routes available too (about 8 minute walk to bus stop).

Need a roommate for beginning of July.

I’m 23, I spend most of my free time in the outdoors but also enjoy programming, gaming, and playing guitar during my time at home. I have a quiet, laid back personality. Currently in my 2nd year of the Computer Science degree program at VIU.
