Ami's room

I secured a lease for June 1st and am looking for a roommate to build this space into a home together. A bit more about the location:

It’s a 2bed 1.5ba / patio/ located in south Granville. My room has an ensuite and yours would have the main bathroom with shower (we would both share the shower).

It is the 1st floor in 3 level apartment. 1 shared storage and Parking negotiable. Our landlord is the sweetest old lady who’s interested in maintaining the space and has created a community in the building.

Really close to gym’s, cafes and grocery. Nestled between oak and Granville street. Easy to access downtown or beaches.

I will provide videos to the interested roomie and describe the place in more detail.

I splitboard /mountain bike/ run/ skate / swim / sup / hike / cook / paint / play guitar.

I work hybrid 1-2 days per week in-office for Arcteryx and I volunteer for a climate action cohort.

I value maintaining a clean home as it helps me feel good and have a clear mind.

I am looking for a roommate that is a good communicator. Shared interests aren’t necessarily required but shared values are.

I like to surround myself with open minded and positive people.

I am looking for a roommate who doesn’t smoke cigarettes or vapes. But I am open to someone who smokes cannabis socially. (Landlord does not welcome smoking on the premises).

I have no biases towards religion, race or sexual identity.
