Wifi is an additional $28.24 a month Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, quartz countertops, and shared laundry on site. - the apartment is extremely close to UofT (about a 5 minuted walk) and not far from Ryerson, OCAD, etc. Very close to Kensington Market, China Town, Baldwin Village. A City Market (Loblaws) is very close by as well as other food shops and restaurants / cafe bars.

Roommate is a fourth year female UofT student taking summer classes. No loud house parties will be held in the unit.
