I am looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in Upper Sahali. Rent is before internet and utilities. There is one room available, with a gorgeous view overlooking the valley. There’s also an in-unit washer/dryer, a balcony, bedroom AC, and a spacious living area. The unit is very close to transit and a 10 minute bus away from TRU.

I am a quiet person who mostly keeps to myself. Hobbies include art, programming and cooking. I am looking for someone who is also relatively quiet; no parties/loud music etc.. I have a cat, she’s very friendly with people but she doesn’t get along with other cats, so I’m not looking to bring in any more pets.
