I am looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in Upper Sahali. Rent is before internet and utilities, which are typically ~$100 per person. There is one room available, with a gorgeous view overlooking the valley. There’s also an in-unit washer/dryer, a balcony, bedroom AC, and a spacious living area. The unit is very close to transit and a 10 minute bus away from TRU.

I am a quiet person who generally keeps to myself, though I am happy to talk on occasion. Hobbies include art, programming and cooking. I am looking for someone who is also relatively quiet; no loud music, parties, etc. I wake up very early, and go to sleep early as well, so I prefer things aren’t too loud past around 8pm. Likewise I try my best to be quiet in the morning, as well as in general. I have a cat, and she is friendly, but I would prefer not to bring in any more pets.
