My roommate Éloïse and I are looking for a third roommate (non-male, and ideally between the ages of 18-22) for the term of our 12 month lease starting July 1st 2023.
The apartment is a 5 ½ on rue de la Montagne, and the rent is $735 each per month not including hydro (heating) and wifi. It has the following: Fridge Stove/Oven Laundry in the building A large living room Situated on the first floor of the building A 5 minute walk from the metro station Guy-Concordia and Peel () Windows in every room allowing for great natural light throughout the apartment
About us: Jessie: I am 19 years old, am originally from Ontario, and am in my third year at Concordia studying Human Relations. I’m introverted, and I like baking, reading, time outside, and hanging out with friends. Éloïse: She’s 18 years old, originally from France and has spent the past decade (ish) in the U.S., and is studying Psychology at Concordia. She is someone extroverted, sociable, and neat. She likes meeting new people, and grabbing a drink from time to time with friends.
Our ideal roommate would be comfortable socializing with us in and out of the apartment while also being able to respect time alone, and is neat in their shared space.
