We are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoking student or young professional as a roomie. We have a fully furnished small separate room with its own ensuite and separate entrance to the room. All utilities included (hydro, water, wifi, parking included). You will have to share kitchen & laundry facilities.

Home owners are quiet, clean professionals who work from home. We have a small dog.
