Details: 1-2 people or couples. The Rubis Room is a small/medium-size fully furnished room with 1 skylight, a double-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto. There is no window opening as it is the middle room of the building. The Rubis Room is bright with workspace/a small desk. This room is on the 3rd floor of the building (two flight of stairs), on the same floor as the bathroom, with a shower/bathtub. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor with dinning/living room. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).

✔ROOM CLEANING: Weekly room cleaning not included. At Move-out: When you move in, the room is cleaned professionally. When you move out, the room ought to be cleaned in the state you found it. Cleaning Fee: $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave) if you want us to clean
✔SHORT-TERM CONTRACT: a short-term contract for the 1-month rental period is drafted after the viewing
✔SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 to reserve the room (booking) by interac e-transfer, or cash deposited at any TD Canada Trust branch (banking information provided) Security deposit is refunded when you check out at the end of the contract Door codes and WIFI password are provided once you pay the deposit to secure the room
