***In the process of moving my old roommates stuff out (he moved to Toronto) so the room looks like a bit of a mess atm.

Rent includes heat, water, and electricity, AND HAS AC! Internet is a separate $35 fee. Master bedroom is yours so you’ve got space to set up an office or computer easily. My office space is currently out in the livingroom area. (There is also a HUGE storage closet so feel free to utilize that to maximize your bedroom space).

The apartment is right next to a large grocery store and gym, and has a gorgeous creek/walkway in it’s backyard for the summer. Perfect place for morning runs and things of that nature.

Current lease ends on July 31st but I’m putting this post up as I am looking to stay after this lease.

This is a pretty safe area of the city and there are major bus routes that are a 3 minute walk away… This is not an ideal place to be if you go to U of M and don’t have a vehicle you’re looking at a 70 minute bus ride so keep that in mind.

These complexes get snatched up super fast because they are very nice, and very cheap considering the amenities and location. Property management is stellar I’ve never had any issues and I’ve got a good relationship with the guy here which has helped me out in the past.

I work from home in sales so keeping my home environment stable is big for me. I keep clean and relatively organized and prefer a relaxed environment in my home. I also have a cat, he’s a sweetheart and won’t bother you other than wanting you to pet him.

I go to the gym, watch UFC with some friends now and again and am a Christian so it would be nice to be around somebody I could share those things with.

This is a fantastic environment for someone working, who’s looking for a stable place to hang their hat, or a university student at the U of W.
