Hello! I recently moved to Toronto and I’m currently working and studying. I’m looking for a roommate to share a one-bedroom apartment with a large den. As for myself, I’m an active person, cheerful, sociable, open to grabbing a coffee or brunch, and I like to keep things tidy and clean. I’m looking for someone with whom I can get along well. Here are a few things I would like my potential roommate to know: Rent and utilities: The room of the apartment is priced at $1200 per month, and utilities will be shared equally. It’s in downtown, I can send you pictures.the condo has gym, pool, yoga room. Furnishing: the apartment is furnished, except for a bed in your room. So you’ll need to bring your own bed.

Move-in date: I’m aiming to move into the apartment before June 30, It would be great if you could also accommodate this timeline.
