Hello potential Roomies! Our room is in a 1500sq/ft highrise sub-penthouse with an amazing view of the North Shore Mountians. The appartment features 3 bed, 2 bath, laundry, and a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and balcony. You’ll have to share a bathroom but the private bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, night table, dresser, closet and a desk. Building amenities include a rooftop garden, gym, hot tub and sauna. The location is very convenient as the skytrain station is literally a 30 second walk away out of the building! Grocery, restaraunts, shops and entertainment are only minutes away. We are mainly looking for people here on IEC visas and we enjoy meeting new people and making more international friends.

Currently there are three people living here, a guy/me from Canada, my girlfriend from Germany and a guy from Australia. I’m in research doing a study at UBC and will be there 3-5 days during the week. My gf works in a creative printshop downtown Vancouver in Gastown 5 days a week. The other guy is also in research at SFU 5 days a week. We usually have weekends free. We don’t do drugs, smoke or are into late night partying. We are looking for a roomie with similar values and is also respectful of each others space and schedules. We would be intrested in doing things together during our free time, being it going out on an adventure or staying in for a movie/game night. But we’d also be respectful of your personal free time alone. I personally am looking for someone who could help out as I’m in a wheelchair. If you were willing to help with housekeeping, cooking, shopping and some personal assistance we could negociate a lower rent. Feel free to contact us if you thing you’ll be a good fit here.
