Roommate / home share available for the right female STUDENT of UVic, Camosun, or Royal Roads. Rent includes all utilities (hydro, cable, internet) for $800.00 The home is approximately 100’ from the nearest bus stop and corner store. Walking trails are nearby, and a boat launch for the local lake is 10 min away for swimming, kayaking and canoeing . Parking is also available if needed. The yard has a bbq, gets plenty of sunshine and an area is being prepared for a veggie & herb garden. The available room although rather small, does come with a double bed, small dresser and full closet but with not much room left over.

I am a mature single woman who has health issues and I don’t go out a lot. I do enjoy having friends over for dinner and games occasionally. I don’t drink much but certainly don’t mind my roomies unwinding in their own way. I am 420 friendly and I smoke. I have no pets but company is always welcome to bring their well behaved fur babies for a cuddle while they visit.

I’m looking for somebody that is respectful of the common space and my personal privacy. I occasionally have friends or family over for dinner, and I’d want my roomie to feel just as welcome to invite their friends and relatives over for family dinners, bbqs or card nights too.
