Apartment has a large laundry room in unit. Hydro and internet are not included in the rent but cost is relatively low. Apartment backs onto the forest and river, with access to walking/biking trails right outside the front door!

Housemates mostly keep to themselves, but don’t mind a chat! Looking for people who are busy with their own social lives but are friendly at home!
